Keeping healthy snacks on hand is especially important when traveling with kids. These wholesome peanut butter travel protein bites are easy to make and taste delicious.

Travel Protein Bites
Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup extra-crunchy peanut butter
½ cup raw honey
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup mini chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi sweet)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Directions
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form 1.5” balls using the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Pack protein bites in an airtight plastic container for a delicious and easy travel snack.
