Outside of normal branch operating hours (8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm Sat and 10am-8pm Sun) this station is unmanned and for afterhours reservations it is vital that your rental agreement is signed, and all payment authorizations are completed prior to arrival. Therefore, please complete your check-in process via the link you will receive in your pre-check-in email 48 hours prior to pick up. All information is required including full name, home address, phone number, email address, driving license information and credit card details. Please note for rentals outside normal operating hours, your booking is not confirmed unless all of the above requirements have been met and you have received the final signed rental agreement by email.
For afterhours reservations, you will receive a link from our vendor partner Sharebox which will prompt you for driving license information, including a picture of the front and back of the driving license document. Once submitted, you will receive a location ID to retrieve your rental keys.
Once in arrivals hall, you will find our rental office located to the left next to the baggage claim.
At the end you will find our office. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached on the wall.
Please follow the instructions emailed prior to arrival or stated on the key box to get your key.
WiFi/data is needed to access the rental key for after hours reservations. If you cannot access WiFi/data, have any issues, or need assistance, please contact our 24-hour helpline who will assist you.
When you have collected your key, proceed by walking to the exit.
Once outside, turn right and go to the end of the terminal building, cross the road and the rental parking P10 will be on your right.
Your vehicle will be parked at a branded Alamo/Enterprise/National stall.
Your vehicle has been checked for damages and if any, they will be marked on your rental agreement which you will receive via email. Please take time to walk-around your vehicle before leaving the parking garage, if you notice a new damage take a picture/video with time/date and contact our branch as soon as possible during working hours to inform us of the new damage.
To exit the parking area, follow the signs for ‘Exit’
Follow the signs to P10. Entering the parking area, park your vehicle at an available stall marked for Alamo/Enterprise/National. If the parking is full, please park your vehicle at the gravel area next to our parking area.
To drop of your key, please use our drop box in the terminal building. Once inside the terminal building, turn left and our office will be in the end. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached on the wall.
Follow the instructions on the display and enter the plate number on the key tag (i.e. UF12345) and your phone number. A slot will open, place the key inside and close the slot firmly. If any issues or assistance needed, please contact our 24-hour helpline who will assist you.
The final invoice will be sent to your email within 72 hours.
Important information: To provide convenience to travellers we provide 24/7 returns. Please note, outside business hours, depositing the keys in the drop box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages until an Alamo/National/Enterprise employee takes possession of the vehicle and keys when the rental branch opens the following working day.
