1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to and shall govern the way in which the promotional offer “Spain Alamo One Way Campaign – Summer 2025” (the “Promotion”) is executed, delivered, or otherwise carried out by Alamo Spain – Autotransporte Turístico Español, S.A. (“Alamo Rent-A-Car”). Customers wishing to participate in the Promotion (the “Renters” or individually, “Renter”, or “you”) acknowledge, confirm, and explicitly agree to application of these Terms and Conditions to the Offer and to the corresponding, advertised Alamo Rent-A-Car service. The Spain Summer One Way Promotion (“Promotion”) is applicable to Mini Car Class Alamo vehicle rentals from one of Alamo Rent-A-Car participating pick-up locations in the North of Spain to one of the participating drop-off locations in the South of Spain.

2. This promotion entitles you to discounted rates based on the length of your rental, with a starting daily rate of $58 (€49,99) for one day rentals, up to a daily rate of €35 (€30) per day for rentals with a duration of up to an uninterrupted total of seven (7) rental days.

3. Rentals made from locations other than the pick-up and drop-off locations listed in the links above are not eligible for this promotion. Pick-up and drop-off locations cannot be modified after booking.

4. The Promotion is applicable to one-way rentals, reserved in advance, with pick up and return dates between 08/17/2025 and 09/30/2025. 

5. The “from $35” daily rate shown is only applicable for Mini Car Classes. One-way rental rates to the South of Spain also available (subject to availability) for other car classes, check website for most current rates.

6. Every rental under this Promotion is subject to the Rental Terms and Conditions applicable to rentals in Spain.

7. The Promotion is subject to vehicle availability at time of booking. The renter must meet standard driver and credit requirements.

8. discounted rates offered in the Promotion are not inclusive of Excess Protection. The price shown includes the daily rate (time and mileage) and the Collision Damage Waiver (“DW”) and Third-Party liability. Surcharges, refuelling, drop-off, delivery, youthful driver, additional driver, or any optional product or service are the responsibility of the Renter and are not included in the rates. Additional mandatory charges may be applicable, including, but not limited to a customer facility charge, airport concession fee, vehicle license recovery fee, or other government-imposed taxes or fees.

9. Alamo Rent-A-Car reserves the right to terminate this Promotion or change the terms at any time.

10. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount and cannot be applied to a previous or existing reservation or rental.
